Brad founded Carolina Land Consultants in 2002 while managing a business park outside Raleigh, N.C. on a part time basis. In April 2007, Brad decided to pursue the consulting business full time and launched Carolina Land Consultants in the Charlotte Area. He presently manages 14 very large projects and numerous business consulting opportunities in the States of North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.  

Prior to forming Carolina Land he sold his successful landscape company, Commercial Landscape Systems, to ABM Industries, a national facility service company, in 1999. He remained with ABM as a Regional VP of Landscaping and Assistant Regional Manager of Janitorial until starting Carolina Land Consultants in 2007. 

Being recognized as a leader in the green industry, Brad is widely known regionally as a professional speaker on a variety of critical business and green industry topics. 

In his off-time, Brad enjoys volunteering his time to mentor ten small businesses for individuals who once worked with him in the industry, is active with Lake Forest Church Davidson,  and served 14 years as a Boy Scout Leader.

Georgia is a twenty-five year veteran of the commercial landscape community. Prior to joining Carolina Land Consultants Georgia was associated with quality landscape brands like Southern Tree & Landscape Co, TruGreen LandCare, ValleyCrest and The Budd Group in executive management, business development and operational roles.

She has been instrumental in coaching industry professionals and clients how to create and maintain sustainable beautiful outdoor environments. Her passion has been to identify and implement systems and processes to improve landscape maintenance practices to deliver consistent results while protecting the environment for future generations.

Georgia has extensive experience consulting with owners and property managers to develop forward looking master plans and capital budgets that include property renovations, smart water management and environmentally friendly landscape maintenance practices that mirror LEED guidelines.

David Incorporated in 2008 and joined Carolina Land Consultants.  Prior to joining CLC David served as the Branch Manager for ABM Landscape Services in the Charlotte area. 

David spent 25 years in retail management prior to entering the landscape industry.  David spent time with Bass Pro Shops in Concord, Sports Unlimited in the SE, Hechinger/Home Quarters and Service Merchandise in the NE in various management positions. 

David is responsible for three large home owners’ associations, SCM/BMP tracking, and various smaller projects.  David also consults with landscape companies on their operational readiness, profit and loss and management teams.  

When David is not working, he spends time with his wife of 37 years and family of five children, his church family, Scouting, hunting and sometimes fishing.

In 2011, Steve Wall joined Carolina Land Consultants team as a lead Consultant specializing in Grounds Maintenance and Landscape Installation management.  Steve has been a perfect fit with our team as he has become a true expert in all things grounds maintenance and is well respected throughout the Carolinas for his knowledge and abilities.  He built and managed one of the finest grounds maintenance divisions in the Southeast and created a team with loyal friendships that remain to this day.   Steve credits much of his success with having the opportunity to have worked with some of the brightest and most talented individuals in the green industry.  

Steve started in the green industry in 1985 working part time after school for a local Charlotte company.  He started working full time, after graduating from Harding High School  in 1986,  for Tarheel Natural Turf Company and remained there until joining Commercial Landscape Systems in 1992.  Steve wanted to improve his horticultural knowledge and in 1988 enrolled at CPCC to take night courses in the field of  Horticulture.  Steve remained with Commercial Landscape Systems / ABM, holding many senior management positions, up until 2011 when he joined Carolina Land Consultants to once again team up with Brad.  

Having worked with small businesses and large publicly held companies, Steve’s experience varies from job budget management, business profit and loss analysis, creation of company safety and training programs to all the day to day aspects of our industry including:  hardscape, ponds, stone features, irrigation and landscape lighting.  Steve has continued to expand his resume by becoming certified in North and South Carolina with BMP/ SCA management.

Steve is now married a wonderful 27 years with a son and daughter. In his spare time you will find him on a local lake or on the coast fishing or boating with family and friends.
